You agree not to:
You own the photos, videos, and text you upload. By posting content on Trust you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to your approved friends on this platform only. We will never sell, share, or use your content for advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you upload.
We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may close your own account at any time from your profile settings. When an account is deleted, all associated content is permanently removed.
We aim to keep Trust available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause downtime. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Trust after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African law.
